ExecuJet private terminal
Like many people my age, I love aviation, and whenever I get the chance to photograph something related to airplanes I get very excited. ExecuJet commissioned me to photograph their private terminal at Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) — Dubai’s future main airport — and I spent several days making both architectural and lifestyle images throughout the facility.
The assignment covered the full terminal — from the exterior architecture and apron areas to the aircrafts, lounges, reception, private suite and spa. Aviation photography of this kind sits at the intersection of architectural, interior and lifestyle photography, and ExecuJet’s Dubai terminal offered plenty of each. It’s one of the most unique assignments I’ve had the pleasure of working on in the UAE.”
